Designed by Adolph Weinman and more correctly referred to as the Winged Liberty Head dime, it gained its common name as the obverse depiction of a young Liberty, identifiable by her winged Phrygian cap, but was confused with the Roman god Mercury. The dimes will range in dates from 1946 to 1964.
Magnifier measures 4 1/2" W x 2 1/8" H x 3/8" D and features 5x and 8x magnification.
